Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Dry Ingredients

4 cupsBrown Rice Flour
3/4 cupsBean Flour
2 1/4 cups

1 1/4 cups
Potato Starch Flour
or
Potato Flour
1 1/4 cupsTapioca Flour
3 tblspoonBaking Powder
1 small bagChocolate Chips (Chopped)
1/4 heaping cupFlaxSeed Powder
2 tspSalt

Wet Ingredients

QtyIngredient
1/2 cupVinegar
1/2 cupOil
1/2 gallon
+1/4 gallon if potato flour
Milk
2 tblspoonVanilla Extract

Prep

  1. Stand Mixer with wire whisk.
  2. LARGE Stand Mixer bowl (these bowls usually have a handle)
  3. Food Processor with Metal blade.
  4. Waffle Iron

Directions

  1. In food processor, chop all chocolate chips into a powder.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients into stand mixer bowl.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. While mixer is running, slowly add liquid ingredients.
  5. Scrape any unmixed batter from side of bowl.
  6. Mix well until batter is "cake-like" smooth. Add milk if needed.
  7. Cook waffle batter using directions for your waffle iron.
